Research proves that long term recovery from alcohol and drug dependency is achieved by a solid foundation of caring, supportive therapy in a stable and structured environment. The longer one stays free from drugs and alcohol the better the chances of stopping the destructive cycle of dependence and addiction.  Our treatment philosophy is not just 12-step based; we utilize Evidence Based Practices, Holistic  and Scientific based methods as well.  We help clients recognize the benefits of meeting others who succeed daily in overcoming the effects of this biopsychosocial disease. Our entire staff is committed to your recovery and we work together as a strong team to support you and your family through this process

IOP With Sober Living:

At Scottsdale Recovery Center, clients receive the same type of treatment and living conditions that you would receive at any high-end residential treatment facility. Residents from our sober living homes receive full treatment and professional care in a safe and supportive sober living environment. Our house managers drive the clients to and from our homes to our treatment facility where the treatment/therapy takes place. Furthermore, clients are driven to meetings, weekly recreational activities (hiking, fishing, bowling, movies, field-trips). This is considered our full treatment package because clients are living in our structured sober living homes while following our rules, policies and program requirements. They are getting 24 hour-a-day support and receiving full treatment at our licensed treatment facility. Our goal at Scottsdale Recovery Center is giving our clients the psychological counseling and healing they need to conquer the barriers that cause continued drug and alcohol usage. The Intensive Outpatient drug and alcohol treatment program with residency gives clients the opportunity to become employed in the community and develop a strong support network. Emphasis is placed on continued stabilization with intensive treatment and support.

IOP Without Sober Living:

Although we recommend our full treatment package, if clients feel they are in a safe and supportive living situation, one that is conducive to their sobriety and recovery, our IOP package without sober living is the perfect fit. You will be receiving the same treatment as our sober living clients, minus the sober living.

Need to Satisfy State Required Substance Abuse Education Hours?

Level I Substance Abuse Outpatient Treatment (36-56 Hours)This program is designed especially for clients with alcohol and drug related offenses and consists of weekly group counseling and includes Level II Education classes focusing on substance abuse. The program consists of 10 to 20 interactive group counseling sessions. It includes an intake session at which time a client's needs are assessed and a treatment plan is developed to meet their specific needs.

Level II Substance Abuse Education (16 Hours) This program satisfies the Level II state requirement 16 hours of Education.

Level I Intensive Outpatient Treatment (64-100+ Hours) This program is especially designed for the client with alcohol and drug related offenses. It will provide group counseling and education with an emphasis on relapse prevention, recovery, self-knowledge, and support group involvement. This program meets twice weekly and includes Level II Education.
